I focus on deeply understanding where an organization is currently at, developing a customized approach to match their needs, and "leading from the front" through facilitation, training, Gemba observation, and executive and front-line coaching. This approach is grounded in evidence-based Lean/TPS principles that go beyond the normal Lean projects and tool-based approaches to drive meaningful and sustained change.
