• Waste, A3 Problem Solving, 5S, Standard Work, Flow, MIstake Proofing, Basics of Lean Cells

• Learning Lean Fundamentals in a work setting (on the floor)

• Q&A and interaction with staff on Lean Fundamentals (lessons learned)
