About
After completing my Public Health degree from Texas A&M, I pursued a mentorship under Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Jerry Berlanga. As I obtained my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I spearheaded a process improvement project that aided a pharmacy and improved their COVID vaccination appointment no-show rates. I have demonstrated strong team-building and interpersonal skills and analytical and technical talent with familiarity with various software platforms such as MURAL, iGrafx, and Minitab.
I possess a passion for helping others through process improvement and am dedicated to combining my knowledge of public health and Lean Six Sigma in order to do so.
