I am a senior executive-level leader (30 years with USAF - General, Retired & 4 years in the Defense Industry) with extensive management and operational experience leading large diverse teams, commanding substantial corporate portfolios, and driving transformation through branding, strategic communications, and continuous process improvement.  I have corporate-level leadership experience responsible for pipeline and business development, opportunity capture, proposal development, profit and loss execution, and all aspects of the client relationship. 

 

Gained valuable public/private partnership knowledge as a Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, earning J&J’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I embody the core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
